What is DTF printing?
DTF (Direct-to-Film) printing is a method where designs are printed onto a special film and then transferred to fabric using heat and pressure. This technique is great for high-quality, vibrant, and durable prints, and can be used on a wide variety of fabrics.
What file formats do I need to provide for my design?
For the best results, we recommend submitting high-resolution PNG or PDF files with a transparent background (at least 300 DPI). Make sure your design is sized correctly, as we print it exactly as submitted.
How long do DTF Transfers last?
Can hold anywhere around 70 to 100 washes, depending upon usage and how well they are kept. The recommended wash settings are cold wash hang dry.
What happens if my order doesn't turn out as expected?
We ensure the highest product quality, but if there’s an issue with the final product we’ll work with you to resolve it. Please reach out within 7 days of receiving your order, and we’ll either fix it or offer a replacement.
Do you offer modifications or adjustments to designs?
We print designs exactly as they are submitted, but if you need minor adjustments—such as resizing, color tweaks, or background removal—let us know before placing your order. Additional design services may be available for an extra fee.
What is the turnaround time for DTF orders?
Our standard turnaround time is typically 2-4 business days, depending on order size and workload. If you need a rush order, contact us, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline for an extra fee.

What are your minimum order quantities for apparel?
